The Paint & Ink Storage Cabinet is a manual close single-door unit with a capacity of 18 gallons, featuring dimensions of 23"W x 18"D x 35"H. Constructed from all welded, double-walled 18 gauge steel, it includes a 1-1/2" air space and dual 2" diameter capped vents with flame arrestors. The cabinet doors are double-walled, comprised of 14 gauge on the outside and 18 gauge on the inside, and are equipped with heavy-duty 4" welded hinges with brass pins, as well as 3-point locking for enhanced security. This model boasts a flush mounted, grip padded handle, galvanized steel shelves with a 350 lb. capacity that adjust on 2-1/2" centers, and a ground connection to dissipate static charge. The design incorporates 2" leak proof doorsills and adjustable leveling feet, finished in red powder coat. It meets NFPA Code 30 and OSHA standards and is FM approved. The manual close doors can open to a full 180 degrees, although it is advisable to check local ordinances regarding the requirement of self-closing doors for flammable safety cabinets prior to purchasing.
