The Global™ stackable flammable cabinets feature self-closing doors and have an 11-gallon capacity, designed for efficient stacking on other safety cabinets to increase storage capacity. Constructed from all welded, double-walled 18-gauge steel, these cabinets provide superior strength, while the cabinet doors are made with 18-gauge interior and 14-gauge exterior for enhanced fire protection. The double-walled steel design includes a 1-1/2" insulating air space, and the cabinets meet or exceed the NFPA flammable liquid storage code #30 and the OSHA standards for the storage of Class I, II, and III liquids. Additionally, the dual 2" flame arrestor air vents can connect to an exhaust system to maintain safe temperatures. Features include a built-in grounding connector, adjustable rubber-capped leveling feet, a 2" leak-proof door sill, and doors with a self-latching mechanism that engages a 3-point locking system without handle rotation. A highly visible trilingual warning sign alerts personnel to potential hazards, while heavy-duty 4" hinges with sturdy brass pins enhance security. The flush paddle handle minimizes the risk of accidental catching or banging. With a yellow powder coat finish and radius edges for safety, the self-closing doors automatically shut only when the fusible link melts at 165°F. The product comes with a 10-year limited warranty.
