The flammable cabinet is designed for the safe storage of flammable liquids, featuring a 60-gallon capacity and manual close double doors with dimensions of 34"W x 34"D x 65"H. It meets or exceeds NFPA flammable liquid code #30 and OSHA standard 1910.106 for Class I, II, and III liquids and is FM approved. The cabinet is constructed from 18-gauge steel with 14-gauge doors, providing additional strength and fire protection through its double-walled design, which includes a 1-1/2" insulating air space and dual 2" air vents connected to an exhaust system to maintain safe temperatures. It comes with a built-in grounding connector, leveling feet, and adjustable shelves with a 350 lb. capacity on 2-1/2" centers. The doors feature 4" hinges with sturdy brass pins, a spill-proof sill, a flush paddle handle with 3-point latching, and a highly visible trilingual warning. The latching mechanism engages when the doors are closed, but it should be noted that this model does not close automatically, requiring manual closure for latching. The cabinet is finished with a yellow powder coat and has radius edges for safety. It is backed by a 12-year limited warranty. Please check local ordinances regarding the requirement for self-closing doors as this cabinet only has manual closing doors.
