Eagle's 60-gallon sliding self-close paint and ink safety cabinets are designed for maximum storage efficiency and safety compliance. Constructed from 18-gauge (1 mm) steel, these cabinets feature reinforced double-wall construction with a 1-1/2 in (3.8 cm) air space on the sides, top, bottom, back, and doors. They include two internal vents with 2 in (5.1 cm) threaded fittings, a fire baffle and cap, and have a high-gloss lead-free powder coat finish with trilingual warning labels. The cabinets are equipped with a grounding attachment, a three-point stainless steel bullet latching system, and a 2 in (5.1 cm) raised leakproof door sill. Each of the adjustable galvanized steel shelves, supported by four brackets, can hold a uniform distributed load of 350 lbs (159 kg) and direct spills to a leakproof sump. Features include continuous piano hinges, a flush mounted door handle with key lock, self-latching doors, and a self-closing mechanism that allows for 90-degree opening. With internal dimensions of 39.5" W x 14.562" D x 60.5" H, these cabinets are FM-approved and compliant with NFPA Code 30 and OSHA requirements.
