Eagle's 60-gallon manual close tower paint and ink safety cabinets are designed for optimal storage with additional shelves and feature 4 in (10.2 cm) adjustable legs for convenience. The cabinet is constructed from 18-gauge (1 mm) steel with reinforced double-wall construction, providing a 1-1/2 in (3.8 cm) air space between the walls. Each cabinet includes two internal vents with 2 in (5.1 cm) threaded fittings, complete with a fire baffle and cap. The high gloss powder coat finish is lead-free and enhanced with red trilingual warning labels. The cabinets are equipped with a continuous piano hinge, grounding attachment, a three-point stainless steel bullet latching system, and a 2-in (5.1 cm) raised leakproof door sill. Each adjustable galvanized steel shelf can hold a uniform distributed load of 350 lbs (158.8 kg) and is supported by four brackets set at 3 in (7.6 cm) centers. The internal dimensions are 39.5"W x 14.562"D x 60.5"H. These cabinets are FM-approved and comply with NFPA Code 30 and OSHA requirements.
