The Formax FlashCard business card cutter is a high-quality, economical solution for short-run production of full-bleed business cards, postcards, photos, and more. Its rugged, compact design allows users to cut cards on demand, achieving speeds of up to 144 business cards per minute. The device features an intuitive LCD display that enables operators to use pre-programmed job settings or create and save their own custom cuts, with programming for 5 jobs to process printed sheets from 8-1/2" x 11" up to 8-1/2" x 14". The infeed tray can hold up to 40 sheets at a time and accommodates paper weights ranging from 200GSM to 350GSM/130# cover. Utilizing an automatic friction-feed system, the FlashCard is capable of cutting coated and uncoated paper, laminated sheets, and card stock. It incorporates a precision cutting blade that is self-sharpening and maintains an accuracy of up to +/- 0.1mm. Additionally, a built-in register mark reader enhances cutting accuracy. The FlashCard comes standard with a 3-1/2" cutting cassette that produces 10-up 2" x 3-1/2" business cards, with optional interchangeable cutting cassettes available for various sizes, including 5" x 7" cards, 4-1/4" x 8" postcards, 3-1/2" x 10" menu cards, gift tags, personal stationery, and mailers.
