The Moldex 7960 P100 filter disk is designed for nuisance organic vapor protection and is compatible with 7000 series and 9000 series respirators. This kit includes P100 particulate filter disks that are NIOSH certified, ensuring high safety standards. These filters can be used with 7000, 7800, and 9000 series respirators, and are notably lighter than traditional filter cartridges. The low profile design allows for a wider field of vision, and the filters are encased in durable plastic to withstand rough handling. Specifically designed to fit under welding helmets, the P100 particulate filter disks feature an easy twist on/twist off bayonet style attachment. They offer an efficiency level of 99.97% or greater against both oil and non-oil based particulate aerosols. Additionally, these filter disks can be used in conjunction with any Moldex gas/vapor cartridge when paired with the 7920 piggyback adaptor. They meet heat and flame resistance standards in accordance with ANSI/ISEA 110-2009 section 7.11.1, are fiberglass free, and are 100% PVC-free, providing a greener alternative.
