The Exhaust Ventilation Fan with Shutter 12" 3-speed model 294495A features a 120V, single-phase totally permanently lubricated motor designed for direct wiring and is UL listed. This shutter-mounted fan installs on the inside wall, eliminating the need for external framing and shutter. It operates quietly, making it suitable for commercial environments, and includes aluminum blades enclosed in a sturdy steel spiral wire guard. The rough-in hole size required is 1/2 inch (+/- 5/16) larger than the fan blade size. The product comes with a 1-year limited warranty.
