The exhaust ventilation fan with a 12" single speed shutter includes hardware and features a 120V, single-phase totally permanently lubricated motor with provisions for direct wiring. These shutter-mounted fans install on the inside wall, eliminating the need for external framing and shutter, and operate quietly, making them ideal for commercial environments. The fan has aluminum blades enclosed in a sturdy steel spiral wire guard. The rough-in hole size is 1/2 inch (+/- 5/16) larger than the fan blade size. It meets OSHA standards and is UL listed. The horsepower rating is based upon maximum speed/load. The product comes with a 1-year limited warranty.
