The cylinder tube rack is designed to hold four cylinders in a vertical position, accommodating diameters ranging from 4.0 to 12.0 inches. It features a compact design measuring 30"W x 26"D x 30"H and is constructed from .125 thick 2.0 x 2.0 square steel tubing, welded to grade ASTM A-500 standards. The rack is made entirely in the USA and Canada, with a full perimeter weld and sealed junction points, along with tops that are ground smooth and capped with HDPE polyethylene caps. The finish includes a black semi-gloss powder paint with UV inhibitors and an electro-deposition base coat. Supporting the cylinders, the rack includes a #2/0 twist loop plated steel chain with welded links, provided two per cylinder station. It features floor mounting holes with a .531 inch diameter and is suitable for seismic installations, with S4 rated anchor bolts (3/8 inch diameter by 5 inch long) recommended but not included. This unit qualifies for seismic zone 4 construction and meets or exceeds NFPA, UFC, OSHA, and CGA standards for the storage of compressed gas cylinders.
