The Cylinder Tube Rack is designed to hold up to fifteen cylinders in a vertical position, accommodating cylinder diameters from 4.0 to 12.0 inches. The rack features dimensions of 70"W x 38"D x 30"H and is constructed from .125 thick 2.0 x 2.0 square steel tube, welded to meet grade ASTM A-500 specifications. It is fully perimeter welded and sealed at all junction points, with tops ground smooth and capped with HDPE polyethylene caps. The rack is finished with a powder paint in black semi-gloss, enhanced with UV inhibitors and an electro-deposition base coat. It includes plated steel chain snaps and two #2/0 twist loop plated steel chains with welded links per cylinder station for added support. Floor mounting holes on the lower tube structure have a .531 inch diameter, and for seismic installations, S4 rated anchor bolts (3/8 inch diameter by 5 inch long) are recommended but not included. The unit qualifies for seismic zone 4 construction and applications and meets or exceeds NFPA, UFC, OSHA, and CGA standards for the storage of compressed gas cylinders.
