The All Steel Construction Cylinder Floor Stand is designed to hold four cylinders in a vertical position using a back-to-back configuration suitable for cylinder diameters ranging from 4.0 to 12 inches. It is constructed from 11-gauge hot rolled steel, with all steel, finishing, packaging, and labor sourced 100% in the USA and Canada. The stand is designed for floor mounting using four fasteners with diameters of either 5/16 or 3/8 inches, appropriate for the floor construction at the installation location. To protect the edges, the stand features steel reinforced vinyl edge guarding, providing extra grip and maintaining the integrity of the cylinders. The steel components are sealed with powder paint to ensure long service life and chemical resistance. Each cylinder station is supported by two polypropylene support straps, measuring 1.5 inches wide by 54 inches long, equipped with a steel cinch buckle and rated for a robust 1138 PSI, ensuring that the cylinders are held tightly and securely against the brackets. Optional chain sets can be easily retrofitted as a secondary means of support. The overall dimensions of the stand are 32 inches wide by 23 inches deep by 72 inches high, with a weight of 107 lbs.
