The G-Tek® seamless knit nylon glove features a nitrile coated microsurface grip on the palm and fingers, making it ideal for handling and assembly of parts and materials, equipment maintenance and repair, parts cleaning, and fastening and anchoring. This glove incorporates a seamless knit nylon shell that enhances comfort, finger dexterity, and breathability, while the nitrile microsurface coating provides an impermeable barrier with elevated grip in both dry and oily conditions, utilizing thousands of tiny suction cup pockets to create a vacuum effect that dispenses fluids away on contact. The glove is also washable, resistant to chemicals, water, and ultraviolet light, with a knit wrist to help prevent dirt and debris from entering. For easy size identification, the gloves feature color-coded hems and are available in a vend pack option (tri-folded & shrink-wrapped) for effortless dispensing through vending machines (34-500V). The liner material is nylon, promoting increased comfort and breathability, while the nitrile coating ensures excellent puncture, tear, and abrasion resistance, making these gloves suitable for industrial jobs that involve handling oily parts. The microsurface grip, created with a soft and flexible compound filled with tiny suction cups, allows for effective handling in wet and dirty applications. Compliance with EN 388 2016 is confirmed with results of 4121XX, indicating abrasion resistance of 4, cut resistance (Coupe test) of 1, tear resistance of 2, puncture resistance of 1, cut resistance (TDM-100 test) rated as X, and impact protection rated as X.
