The Ambi-Dex® Turbo disposable nitrile glove is a powder-free glove with a thickness of 5 mil, designed for versatile use in a variety of applications requiring light hand protection from liquids, chemicals, and debris. It features economical puncture resistance while providing great comfort, dexterity, and tactile sensitivity. The textured grip ensures a secure hold in both wet and dry environments, and the gloves contain no natural rubber latex proteins, making them suitable for individuals with latex allergies. Ambidextrous design allows for quick and easy donning, while the powder-free manufacturing process, involving chlorination, creates a less tacky glove surface that facilitates donning without leaving residual traces. These gloves are made from component materials that comply with federal regulations for food contact under 21 CFR 177.2600 and are classified as industry grade for non-medical use. The nitrile polymer offers good resistance to hydrocarbon derivatives and is tough against abrasion, snags, and perforation. Additionally, the gloves are ESD safe with a static dissipative range of 10^8 ohms and are silicone-free, although a smooth finish is not advised for use in oily conditions and prolonged contact with ketones and aromatic solvents should be avoided.
