G-Tek® Hi-Vis Seamless Knit Polykor® Blended Glove features a double-dipped nitrile coated microsurface grip on the palm and fingers, making it ideal for handling and assembly of medium to large parts and materials, metal fabrication, parts cleaning, mechanical equipment maintenance and repair, and medium to heavy fastening and anchoring. The glove's seamless construction enhances comfort and breathability while the lightweight Polykor® blended shell provides excellent dexterity, tactile sensitivity, and cut resistance. The double-dipped nitrile microsurface coatings are impermeable and offer an elevated grip in both dry and oily conditions, utilizing thousands of tiny suction cup pockets that create a vacuum effect to disperse fluids on contact. Additionally, the knit wrist prevents dirt and debris from entering the glove, while the Hi-Vis coloring ensures high visibility, and color-coded hems assist in size identification. This washable glove is resistant to chemicals, water, and ultraviolet light. The liner material, made from Polykor® engineered yarn, is suitable for protection against mechanical hazards in tough environments, providing long-lasting protection due to its high resistance to abrasion and chemicals. Nitrile, the coating material, is a synthetic rubber compound known for excellent puncture, tear, and abrasion resistance, as well as its ability to resist hydrocarbon-based oils or solvents, making it the preferred choice for industrial tasks involving oily parts. The microsurface grip is designed from a soft and flexible compound filled with tiny suction cups that enhance grip and functionality.
