The G-Tek® seamless knit nylon blend glove features a polyurethane coated flat grip on the palm and fingers, making it ideal for use in electronic and computer assembly, quality control, inspection, and general assembly tasks. This glove includes a seamless knit nylon shell that enhances comfort, finger dexterity, and breathability, while the polyurethane coating provides a tactile grip in dry and slightly oily conditions, catering to applications requiring precision handling. The glove incorporates a knit wrist to prevent dirt and debris from entering, a breathable back for additional comfort, and is pair packed for ease of distribution. It is silicone-free and also available in a tri-folded and shrink-wrapped option for dispensing through vending machines (33-B125V). The liner material is nylon, contributing to the comfort and dexterity, while the coating is made of polyurethane, known for its good tactile sensitivity due to its thin material deposit, which offers flexibility and excellent value. The flat grip design further enhances the glove's dexterity and tactile grip. It has been tested for durability with EN 388 2016 results of 4131X, indicating abrasion resistance of level 4, cut resistance (Coupe test) of level 1, tear resistance of level 3, and puncture resistance of level 1, with impact protection rated as X. The cut level, designated by the number of cycles needed for a circular blade to cut through the material under a constant weight of 500 grams, demonstrates the glove's robustness in industrial applications.
