The G-Tek® seamless knit nylon glove features a nitrile-coated microsurface grip on the palm and fingers, making it ideal for handling and assembling parts and materials, equipment maintenance and repair, parts cleaning, and fastening and anchoring. The glove has a seamless knit nylon shell that enhances comfort, finger dexterity, and breathability, while the nitrile microsurface coating is impermeable and provides an elevated grip in dry and oily conditions, thanks to its thousands of tiny suction cup pockets that create a vacuum effect and disperse fluids upon contact. It is washable and resistant to chemicals, water, and ultraviolet light, with a knit wrist designed to prevent dirt and debris from entering the glove. Additionally, the glove incorporates color-coded hems for easy size identification and is available in a vend pack option (tri-folded and shrink-wrapped) for dispensing through vending machines (34-500V). The liner is made from nylon, contributing to comfort and breathability, while the nitrile coating offers excellent puncture, tear, and abrasion resistance and is especially suitable for handling oily parts. The microsurface grip is effective in wet and dirty applications. It complies with EN 388 2016 standards, with results showing abrasion rating of 4, cut (Coupe test) of 1, tear rating of 2, puncture rating of 1, cut (TDM-100 test) of X, and no impact protection (X). The cut level is determined by the number of cycles required for a spinning circular blade to cut through the material.
