The SC Preferred 3 Shelf, Heavy Duty Boltless Shelving Starter with wire decking is designed to maximize storage in retail, industrial, and commercial spaces, supporting a maximum storage weight of 1500 lbs. per level. The durable open shelves are adjustable at 1" increments, allowing flexible configuration to suit various heights, widths, and depths for nearly any facility area. The sturdy roll-formed steel framing provides maximum support with double rivet button stud construction that locks perimeter beams into corner posts, creating a structurally secure joint that eliminates back and side sway. Each starter unit includes rugged 2" x 1" 14 gauge steel uprights punched on 1" centers and double riveted horizontal beams that adjust vertically at 1" increments. The wire decking allows ventilation, visibility, and light penetration, and enables sprinkler water to pass through easily, improving fire safety. The chip-resistant gray baked enamel finish ensures durability, and the shelving is easy to assemble with snap-in components requiring no bolts, nuts, or clips.
