The Coxreels SH-N-4100-HV is a 1/2"x100' heavy duty spring retractable low pressure hose reel designed for reliable performance at up to 300 PSI. This hose reel features a larger chassis and frame that accommodate longer lengths and larger diameters of hose. It incorporates the original Super Hub™ dual axle support system, enhancing stability during operation, reducing vibration, and strengthening the structural integrity of the reel. The external fluid path includes a machined solid brass 90° full-flow NPT swivel inlet with nitrile swivel seals, and the reel's sturdy single pedestal design is constructed from solid one piece, heavy gauge 1/4" steel for maximum stability. For smooth operation, it utilizes a 1" solid steel axle and lubricated precision bearings. The enclosed cartridge-style spring motor is factory tuned and matched, featuring a non-corrosive stainless steel spring, pawl, and zinc plated ratchet. The multi-position lock ratchet mechanism allows the hose to be secured at the desired length.
