Coxreels® SH Series "Super Hub™" spring driven hose reels are designed for reliable performance, featuring a larger chassis and frame to accommodate longer hose lengths and larger diameters. The innovative Super Hub™ dual axle support system enhances stability during operation, reduces vibration, and strengthens the structural integrity of the reel. The external fluid path includes a machined from solid brass 90° full-flow NPT swivel inlet (with a zinc plated steel swivel on HP models) and nitrile swivel seals. The sturdy single pedestal reel construction incorporates a solid one-piece, heavy gauge 1/4" steel base and support post, a 1" solid steel axle, and lubricated precision bearings for smooth rotation. The controlled retraction speed is up to 80% slower on EZ-Coil® models, with a pawl and zinc plated ratchet ensuring secure hose locking at the desired length. Key features include professional grade heavy duty steel construction, a durable proprietary CPC™ powder coat finish, rolled edges and ribbed discs for added strength and safety, and a leading 2-year manufacturer's limited warranty.
