The Coxreels EZ-SH-475-HV is a 1/2" x 75' spring retractable hose reel designed for high visibility with a maximum pressure of 300 PSI, featuring the EZ-Coil® Safety Series. This hose reel is part of the Coxreels® SH Series "Super Hub™" line, known for its reliable performance and durability. The larger chassis and frame support longer lengths and larger diameters of hoses. It incorporates a Super Hub™ dual axle support system that enhances stability during operation, minimizes vibration, and strengthens the reel's structure. The product features an external fluid path with a solid brass 90° full-flow NPT swivel inlet and nitrile swivel seals, while its sturdy single pedestal design includes a heavy gauge 1/4" steel base and support post for maximum stability. The 1" solid steel axle and lubricated precision bearings ensure smooth rotation, and the controlled retraction speed is up to 80% slower on EZ-Coil® models. An enclosed, factory-tuned cartridge-style spring motor made from non-corrosive stainless steel, coupled with a zinc plated ratchet multi-position lock mechanism, allows the hose to be secured at any desired length. The kit includes professional-grade heavy-duty steel construction, a durable proprietary CPC™ powder coat finish, and safety features such as rolled edges and ribbed discs.
