The Coxreels EZ-SH-4100-HV is a 1/2"x100' 300 PSI EZ-Coil® Safety Series spring retractable hose reel designed with a high visibility hose and built for dependable performance with a sturdy single pedestal construction. This hose reel features the exclusive Super Hub™ dual axle support system for enhanced stability during operation, minimizing vibration and strengthening the structural integrity of the reel. The unit includes an external fluid path with a machined solid brass 90° full-flow NPT swivel inlet, while HP models utilize a zinc plated steel swivel. It employs NITRI swivel seals and a one-piece heavy gauge 1/4" steel base and support post for maximum stability. A 1" solid steel axle and lubricated precision bearings ensure smooth rotation, with controlled retraction speed that is up to 80% slower on EZ-Coil® models compared to conventional reels. The enclosed factory-tuned cartridge-style spring motor is made of non-corrosive stainless steel, complemented by a ratchet multi-position lock mechanism that secures the hose at the desired length.
