The Coxreels EZ-TSH-475-HV is a 1/2" x 75' spring retractable hose reel designed for high visibility and built to withstand demanding environments with a 300 PSI capacity. This professional-grade heavy-duty reel features an extra-large chassis with dual pedestal-style arms supported by Coxreels' Super Hub™, providing triple axle support that minimizes vibration and enhances structural integrity, making it ideal for off-road applications. The external fluid path is equipped with a machined solid brass 90° full-flow NPT swivel inlet, and the reel includes nitrile electroless nickel plated steel swivel for 1" models. It also features an adjustable guide arm for wall, floor, vehicle, and overhead positions, stainless steel rollers on 3/4" & 1" models, and a solid one-piece heavy gauge 1/4" steel base with support posts. The 1" solid steel axle and lubricated precision bearings ensure smooth rotation, while the EZ-Coil® mechanism allows for controlled retraction speed, which is up to 80% slower on EZ-Coil® models. The enclosed factory-tuned and matched cartridge-style spring motor, combined with a non-corrosive stainless steel spring, pawl, and zinc plated ratchet multi-position lock mechanism, secures the hose at the desired length. The product is manufactured with a durable proprietary CPC™ powder coat process, features rolled edges and ribbed discs for added strength and safety, and comes with a leading 2-year manufacturer's limited warranty.
