The SC Preferred™ 3 shelf heavy duty boltless shelving starter with wood decking is designed to maximize storage area with a max storage weight of 1400 lbs. per level. It features durable and adaptable storage suitable for retail, industrial, and commercial spaces, with open shelves adjustable at 1" increments. The kit includes rugged 2" x 1", 14 gauge steel uprights punched on 1" centers and double riveted horizontal beams that lock perimeter beams into corner posts, forming structurally secure joints to prevent back and side sway. The open design allows four side access for maximum flexibility. The sturdy roll-formed steel framing provides maximum support, with front-to-back supports preventing beam rotation when fully loaded. The smooth precut 5/8" thick particleboard wood decking ships in two pieces and provides cost-effective solid decking. The finish is a chip resistant gray baked enamel, and the shelving is easy to assemble with snap-in components, requiring no bolts, nuts, or clips.
