The SC Preferred™ 3 shelf heavy duty boltless shelving starter with wood decking is designed to maximize storage areas in retail, commercial, and industrial spaces, supporting a maximum storage weight of 1200 lbs. per level. It features adjustable open shelves at 1" increments, allowing for versatile storage configurations. The kit includes rugged 2" x 1", 14 gauge steel uprights punched on 1" centers, double riveted horizontal beams, and precut 5/8" thick chip-resistant particleboard decking that ships in two pieces. The sturdy roll-formed steel framing provides maximum support with front-to-back beams that prevent rotation and a double rivet button stud construction locking beams into corner posts to form structurally secure joints that eliminate back and side sway. The gray baked enamel finish is chip resistant, and the shelving offers four-side access for maximum flexibility. Assembly is easy with snap-in components requiring no bolts, nuts, or clips.
