The SC Preferred™ 3 shelf heavy duty boltless shelving starter with wood decking is designed to maximize storage area with a max storage weight of 1500 lbs per level, suitable for retail, commercial, and industrial applications. The durable and adaptable storage features open shelves that are adjustable at 1" increments, with an open design allowing four side access for maximum flexibility. Easy assembly requires no bolts, nuts, or clips, using snap-in components and double rivet button stud construction that locks perimeter beams into corner posts to form structurally secure joints, eliminating back and side sway. Each starter unit includes rugged 2" x 1", 14 gauge steel uprights punched on 1" centers and double riveted horizontal beams adjusting vertically in 1" increments. The chip-resistant gray baked enamel finish and sturdy, smooth precut 5/8" thick particleboard decking provide cost-effective solid support. The shelving combines sturdy roll-formed steel framing for maximum support with dimensions and specifications to accommodate various heights, widths, and depths to fit nearly every facility area.
