The SC Preferred™ 3 shelf, heavy duty boltless shelving starter with wood decking is designed to maximize storage capacity with a max storage weight of 1400 lbs. per level. It features durable and adaptable construction suitable for retail, industrial, and commercial spaces. The open shelves are adjustable at 1" increments, providing flexibility in organizing storage. The kit includes rugged 2" x 1" 14 gauge steel uprights punched on 1" centers and double riveted horizontal beams that lock into the corner posts, forming a structurally secure joint that eliminates back and side sway. Front-to-back supports prevent beam rotation under full load. Assembly is easy and requires no bolts, nuts, or clips due to snap-in components. The unit has a chip-resistant gray baked enamel finish and includes sturdy, smooth precut 5/8" thick particleboard decking that ships in two pieces for cost-effective solid shelving.
