The SC Preferred™ 5 Shelf heavy duty boltless shelving starter with wood decking is designed to maximize storage areas in retail, commercial, and industrial applications, with a maximum storage weight of 1800 lbs. per level. It features durable roll-formed steel framing with 2" x 1", 14 gauge steel uprights punched on 1" centers and double riveted horizontal beams that adjust vertically at 1" increments. The open shelving design allows four-side access and adjustable shelves at 1" increments for maximum flexibility. The unit includes a sturdy, smooth precut 5/8" thick particleboard wood decking with a chip-resistant gray baked enamel finish. Assembly is easy with snap-in components, requiring no bolts, nuts, or clips. The double rivet button stud construction locks perimeter beams into corner posts, creating structurally secure joints that eliminate back and side sway.
