The SC Preferred 5 Shelf Heavy Duty Boltless Shelving Starter with wire decking is designed to maximize storage capacity with a maximum storage weight of 1500 lbs per level. It features durable and adaptable storage suitable for retail, industrial, and commercial spaces. The open shelves are adjustable in 1" increments, and the unit is easy to assemble without the need for bolts, nuts, or clips. The shelving includes rugged 2" x 1", 14 gauge steel uprights punched on 1" centers and double riveted horizontal beams that lock perimeter beams into the corner post using double rivet button stud construction, providing structural stability and eliminating back and side sway. The chip-resistant gray baked enamel finish enhances durability. Wire decking offers ventilation, visibility, and light penetration, and allows sprinkler water to pass through the racks easily, improving fire safety. This starter unit supports four side access and is available in various heights, widths, and depths to accommodate nearly every facility area.
