The Drum Storage Manual 2 Door Vertical Storage is constructed of double-walled 18-gauge all-welded steel and features 350 lb galvanized steel shelves for strength and long-lasting durability. This flammable safety cabinet is designed for secure, convenient, and safe vertical storage of 55-gallon drums of waste liquids awaiting pickup and disposal. It includes a 1-1/2" insulating air space to help keep temperatures from rising, along with built-in grounding connectors. Dual 2" vents allow connection to an exhaust system, while a 2" D leak-proof doorsill contains spills. The half-depth shelves permit access to drum pumps, and the spacious size accommodates drum funnels. The Spillslope™ shelf design directs spills to the back and bottom of the safety cabinet. Doors feature full-length piano hinges with a recessed paddle handle, a cylinder lock, and a padlockable latch for security. A stainless steel 3-point self-latching system ensures positive door locking, and adjustable leveling feet are included for uneven floors. The cabinet has a durable powder coat finish with Haz-Alert™ trilingual reflective warning labels for high visibility. It complies with the National Fire Protection Association flammable combustible liquid code #30 and OSHA standard 1910.106 for the flammable storage of Class I, II, and III liquids and is FM approved. The cabinet has a manual-close door type, a capacity of 1x55 gal drum, dimensions of 34" W x 34" D x 65" H, one adjustable shelf, and is available in white. A steel ramp can also be purchased separately.
