The Boltless Sloped Flow Racks 36"W Starter Unit is designed for efficient first-in-first-out stock picking while maximizing space utilization. This starter unit features a robust boltless construction that assembles easily using only a rubber mallet and offers open access from all sides. It includes four 11-gauge steel uprights, and users can purchase an additional add-on unit for expansion. The sloped shelves are equipped with 2"H side and 1/2"H front flanges to retain contents, accommodating a capacity of 500 lb. per level. Heavy gauge shelf supports are secured with double rivets. Each model comprises five levels, a canopy top, and front-to-back supports at both the top and bottom, with an overall height of 84"H. The unit boasts a scratch-resistant baked enamel finish and is proudly made in the USA.
