The Boltless Sloped Flow Racks 36"W starter unit facilitates efficient first-in-first-out stock picking while optimizing space usage. This unit features a boltless construction that assembles easily with just a rubber mallet, allowing open access from all sides. The 36"W starter unit includes four 11 gauge steel uprights and is designed to accommodate an add-on unit for expansion. The sloped shelves are equipped with 2"H side and 1/2"H front flanges to retain contents, providing a capacity of 500 lb. per level. Heavy gauge shelf supports are securely attached with double rivets. Each model comprises 5 levels, a canopy top, and front-to-back supports at both the top and bottom, with a total height of 84"H. The unit is finished with a scratch-resistant baked enamel coating, and all Tennsco products are proudly made in the USA.
