The Boltless Sloped Flow Rack 48"W Starter Unit is designed for efficient first-in-first-out stock picking while maximizing space utilization. This unit features a boltless construction that allows for easy assembly with just a rubber mallet and provides open access on all sides. It includes four 11-gauge steel uprights and can be expanded with an add-on unit. The sloped shelves are equipped with 2"H side flanges and a 1/2"H front flange to retain contents, each offering a capacity of 500 lb. per level. Heavy gauge shelf supports are secured with double rivets, and all models are designed with five levels, a canopy top, and front-to-back supports at both the top and bottom. The overall height of the unit is 84"H, and it features a scratch-resistant baked enamel finish. All Tennsco products are proudly made in the USA.
