The Supersonic Nozzle is a patented accessory exclusive to AirSpade air-excavation tools, engineered for superior performance compared to competitive nozzles or open pipes. This innovative design converts compressed air into a high-speed, laser-like jet traveling at Mach 2, which is twice the speed of sound, enhancing excavation efficiency for uncovering underground utility lines, pipes, hazardous material containers, or sensitive tree roots without causing damage. The nozzle is designed to mount on a standard AirSpade 2000 barrel and requires compressed air within the range of 25 to 225 CFM at 90 PSI. Its construction features extra-hardened 416 stainless steel, patented internal geometry, and precision machining to exact tolerances, along with a female threaded connection for secure attachment.
