The Arrow Pneumatics AR-75-A is a non-cycling refrigerated air dryer designed for applications requiring 75 SCFM of airflow, operating on a 1-phase 115/230V power supply. This air dryer effectively removes water and contaminants from compressed air systems, preventing potential damage to equipment and ensuring uninterrupted operations by supplying clean, dry air with a low-pressure dew point lowered to 38°F. Engineered for smaller flows, it utilizes a direct heat transfer mechanism that includes a 316 stainless steel brazed plate heat exchanger. The unit is equipped with a pro-cool/reheat feature to enhance and optimize heat transfer efficiency. Its compact design is enclosed in a high-quality, powder-coated, welded metal cabinet, ensuring durability and reliability. For optimal performance, the manufacturer recommends installing a pre-filter (F376W) and an after-filter (F508-08W).
