The wire mesh decking is a strong, 2" x 4" decking made from 6-gauge gray baked enamel finished wire with welded construction and 14 gauge channel supports. This decking allows light, air, and sprinkler penetration, offers a clear view of upper tiers, and reduces dust and debris accumulation, unlike wood or metal decking. It is easy to install by simply dropping it into place over beams with 1-1/2" or 1-5/8" steps, and it has a load capacity of 2750 lb. When ordering, measure the beam length between uprights (left to right), the beam depth overall (front to back), and the depth between beam steps (front to back). For example, a 96" beam length uses two 46" decking pieces, 108" uses two 52" pieces, 120" uses two 58" pieces, and 144" uses three 46" pieces.
