The specialty deck is designed to fit standard step beams, providing a secure fit while leaving the outside of the beams exposed. It accommodates 1-5/8" or 1-1/2" step beams and features a double inside waterfall design with pre-punched Tek holes for fast and easy installation. The PalletShelf™ drops into place for quick setup, while the open mesh design enhances fire safety and potentially lowers insurance premiums. Manufactured by Nashville Wire Products, which is ANSI and R-mark certified, this product boasts a weight capacity of 3500 lb, constructed from 6-gauge wire decking and supported by 14-gauge channels, with three channel supports for 1-5/8" step beams. Its dimensions include a 2.5 x 4 mesh pattern and a pre-galvanized finish. The wire material allows for light, air, and sprinkler penetration, maintains a clear view of upper tiers, and minimizes dust and debris accumulation. Easy installation is achieved by simply dropping the deck into place over the beams. For ordering, beam length should be measured between uprights and beam depth overall, as well as depth between beam steps; recommended lengths include: 96" (two 46"), 108" (two 52"), 120" (two 58"), and 144" (three 46").
