The wire mesh decking is a strong, 2" x 4" product made of 6-gauge gray baked enamel finished wire with welded construction and 14 gauge channel supports. Unlike wood or metal decking, the wire design permits light, air, and sprinkler penetration, allows a clear view of upper tiers, and minimizes dust and debris accumulation. It features easy installation by simply dropping the decking into place over beams with a 1-1/2" or 1-5/8" step and supports a load capacity of 2800 lb. To order, measure the beam length between uprights (left to right), overall beam depth (front to back), and the depth between beam steps (front to back). Available options include: for a 96" beam length use two 46" decking pieces, for 108" beam length use two 52" pieces, for 120" beam length use two 58" pieces, and for 144" beam length use three 46" pieces.
