Coxreels® SH Series Super Hub™ spring driven hose reels are designed for dependable performance, featuring a larger chassis and frame that accommodate longer lengths and larger diameters of hose. The reels incorporate Coxreels' original Super Hub™ dual axle support system, which enhances stability during operation, reduces vibration, and strengthens the structural integrity of the reel. Medium pressure reels come equipped with standard one wire braid hose that is suitable for air, water, or oil applications, exceeding SAE R1 specifications and capable of withstanding maximum temperatures of 250° F. Key features include an auto rewind mechanism for easy wrapping, storage, and protection of the hose, a heavy gauge 1/4" steel base and support post, a factory-matched cartridge-style spring motor, a solid machined brass swivel, a 1" solid steel axle with lubricated precision bearings, and an adjustable guide arm for wall, floor, and overhead positions. The multi-position lock ratchet secures the hose at the desired length, and the non-corrosive components, including a stainless steel spring, pawl, and zinc plated ratchet ensure durability. The reels are constructed of professional grade heavy duty steel with a durable proprietary CPC™ powder coat finish, and their rolled edges and ribbed discs enhance strength and safety.
