The Justrite® Paint & Ink Cabinet features self-close bi-fold doors and a 40-gallon capacity, making it ideal for storing paint cans, aerosols, and inks while helping to separate and identify Class III flammable liquids. This safety cabinet complies with National Fire Protection Association specifications and OSHA regulations and is approved by the Factory Mutual System. Constructed of double-walled 18-gauge all-welded steel with a 1-1/2" insulating air space, the cabinet includes a built-in grounding connector for added safety. It is equipped with dual 2" vents that can connect to an exhaust system and features a 2"D leak-proof doorsill to contain spills. The cabinet's 350 lb galvanized steel shelves are adjustable at 3" increments and have a spillslope design that directs spills to the back and bottom. The doors are fitted with full-length piano hinges, and the cabinet has a recessed paddle handle with a cylinder lock and padlockable latch for enhanced security. Additionally, it includes a stainless steel 3-point self-latching system for positive door locking and adjustable leveling feet for uneven floors. Finished with a durable powder coat and a HAZ-ALERT trilingual reflective warning label for high visibility, this cabinet also boasts a 10-year limited warranty. The self-close bi-fold doors ensure automatic closure when released, and in the event of a fire, the doors will close via a fusible link that melts at 165°F.
