The Justrite® Acid Corrosive Cabinet with a 30-gallon capacity is designed for the safe storage of moderate and flammable corrosives and complies with National Fire Protection Association specifications and OSHA regulations, and is approved by the Factory Mutual System. Constructed from double-walled 18-gauge all-welded steel with a 1 1/2" insulating air space, this chemical storage cabinet features a built-in grounding connector and dual 2" vents that can be connected to an exhaust system. The cabinet is equipped with a 2"D leak-proof doorsill to contain spills and has 350 lb galvanized steel shelves that are adjustable at 3" increments, complete with a spillslope design directing spills to the back and bottom. The spillslope shelves also include a polyethylene tray for added protection against harsh chemicals. Additional features include full-length piano hinges on the doors, a recessed paddle handle with a cylinder lock and padlockable latch for enhanced security, and a stainless steel 3-point self-latching system for positive door locking. The cabinet comes with adjustable leveling feet to accommodate uneven floors and is finished with a corrosion-resistant powder coat that includes a Haz-Alert trilingual reflective warning label for high visibility. This product is backed by a 10-year limited warranty, and its manual-close door will not close automatically.
