The Justrite® Acid Corrosive Cabinet features a 30-gallon capacity and is designed for storing moderate and flammable corrosives, ensuring compliance with National Fire Protection Association specifications and OSHA regulations, while also being approved by the Factory Mutual System. Constructed from double-walled 18-gauge all-welded steel with a 1 1/2" insulating air space, this chemical storage cabinet includes a built-in grounding connector and dual 2" vents for connection to an exhaust system. The cabinet is equipped with a 2" leak-proof doorsill to contain spills and has 350 lb galvanized steel shelves that adjust at 3" increments and include a spillslope design directing spills to the back and bottom of the cabinet, complemented by a polyethylene tray to protect against harsh chemicals. The doors are fitted with full-length piano hinges, while the cabinet's recessed paddle handle features a cylinder lock with a padlockable latch for enhanced security. A stainless steel 3-point self-latching system ensures positive door locking, and the cabinet includes adjustable leveling feet for stability on uneven floors. The corrosion-resistant powder coat finish is marked with a Haz-Alert trilingual reflective warning label for high visibility. It also comes with a 10-year limited warranty, and the self-close bi-fold doors close automatically during normal use and at 165°F.
