The Justrite® Acid Corrosive Cabinet with a 45-gallon capacity is designed for the safe storage of moderate and flammable corrosives, complying with National Fire Protection Association specifications and OSHA regulations while being approved by the Factory Mutual System. Constructed from double-walled 18-gauge all-welded steel with a 1 1/2" insulating air space, this cabinet features a built-in grounding connector and dual 2" vents that can connect to an exhaust system. The cabinet includes a 2" leak-proof doorsill to contain spills and adjustable 350 lb galvanized steel shelves that can be modified in 3" increments, equipped with a spillslope design to guide spills to the back and bottom, along with a polyethylene tray for chemical protection. The doors are fitted with full-length piano hinges, a recessed paddle handle with a cylinder lock, and a padlockable latch for enhanced security, along with a stainless steel 3-point self-latching system for positive locking. Additionally, the cabinet comes with adjustable leveling feet for uneven surfaces and features a corrosion-resistant powder coat finish with a Haz-Alert trilingual reflective warning label for high visibility. It is backed by a 10-year limited warranty, and the manual-close doors do not close automatically.
