The Justrite® Acid Corrosive Cabinet features self-close bi-fold doors and has a 45-gallon capacity, making it ideal for moderate and flammable corrosives. This safety cabinet complies with National Fire Protection Association specifications, OSHA regulations, and is approved by the Factory Mutual System. Constructed from double-walled 18-gauge all-welded steel with a 1 1/2" insulating air space, it includes a built-in grounding connector. The cabinet is equipped with dual 2" vents that can connect to an exhaust system and has a 2" leak-proof doorsill to contain spills. The shelves, which can support up to 350 lb, adjust at 3" increments and feature a spillslope design that directs spills to the back and bottom, with each shelf including a polyethylene tray for protection against harsh chemicals. The doors are fitted with full-length piano hinges, and security is enhanced with a recessed paddle handle, cylinder lock, and padlockable latch. Additionally, a stainless steel 3-point self-latching system ensures positive door locking, and adjustable leveling feet accommodate uneven floors. The cabinet's corrosion-resistant powder coat finish includes a Haz-Alert trilingual reflective warning label for high visibility. It comes with a 10-year limited warranty, and the self-close bi-fold doors automatically close during normal use and at 165°F.
