Justrite® Acid Corrosive Cabinet Manual Close Doors has a 60-gallon capacity and is designed for the safe storage of moderate and flammable corrosives. This safety cabinet complies with National Fire Protection Association specifications, OSHA regulations, and is approved by the Factory Mutual System. It features a double-walled 18-gauge all-welded steel construction with a 1 1/2" insulating air space. The cabinet includes a built-in grounding connector and dual 2" vents that can connect to an exhaust system. A 2" leak-proof doorsill helps contain spills, while the 350 lb galvanized steel shelves can be adjusted at 3" increments and feature a spillslope design that directs spills to the back and bottom of the cabinet. The spillslope shelves also include a polyethylene tray to protect against harsh chemicals. The doors are equipped with full-length piano hinges, and the cabinet has a recessed paddle handle with a cylinder lock and padlockable latch for security. Additionally, a stainless steel 3-point self-latching system ensures positive door locking, and adjustable leveling feet accommodate uneven floors. The cabinet boasts a corrosion-resistant powder coat finish and is marked with a HAZ-ALERT trilingual reflective warning label for high visibility. It comes with a 10-year limited warranty, and the manual-close doors will not close automatically.
