The Justrite® acid corrosive cabinet features self-close bi-fold doors and has a 60-gallon capacity, making it suitable for the storage of moderate and flammable corrosives. This safety cabinet complies with National Fire Protection Association specifications and OSHA regulations and is approved by the Factory Mutual system. Constructed from double-walled 18-gauge all-welded steel with a 1 1/2" insulating air space, the cabinet includes a built-in grounding connector and dual 2" vents that can be connected to an exhaust system. It has a 2" leak-proof doorsill designed to contain spills, while the 350 lb galvanized steel shelves adjust at 3" increments and feature a spillslope design that directs spills to the back and bottom of the cabinet. The shelves come with a polyethylene tray for added protection from harsh chemicals. Additionally, the cabinet has full-length piano hinges, a recessed paddle handle with a cylinder lock, and a padlockable latch for enhanced security. The stainless steel 3-point self-latching system ensures positive door locking, and the adjustable leveling feet accommodate uneven floors. Finished with a corrosion-resistant powder coat and equipped with a Haz-Alert trilingual reflective warning label for high visibility, the Justrite® chemical storage cabinet comes with a 10-year limited warranty. The self-close bi-fold doors automatically close during normal use and at 165°F.
