The Whirlwind Galvanized Box Fans 36" Direct Drive Fan is designed for heavy-duty use, featuring a robust 12 gauge wire mesh with a hot dipped galvanized finish for enhanced rust resistance. It is equipped with an 18 gauge galvanized venturi housing that encloses an efficient 1-speed motor, coupled with three balanced galvanized steel blades. The enclosed motors incorporate sealed ball bearings and built-in automatic thermal overload protection for added safety. The fan is designed with isolating poly guard clips to minimize vibration and noise, while the removable mesh screens facilitate easy maintenance. This fan allows for a 45-degree mounting angle to meet various air ventilation requirements, making it suitable for applications in poultry, dairy, and industrial buildings. It includes attached hanging brackets for straightforward installation and is UL listed. The fan also comes with a 2-year limited warranty, and the horsepower rating is based upon maximum speed/load. Please note that the power cord is not included, as the fan must be hardwired by a licensed technician.
