The counterbalanced stacker is ideal for positioning dies, feeding materials into machinery, or loading/unloading trucks, featuring a design without protruding outrigger legs that allows the unit to approach the work area without interference. It utilizes a proven battery-powered hydraulic pump for lifting and lowering cargo via a hand-held remote control, ensuring operator safety. The standard components include a maintenance-free 12V battery, a 10 amp battery charger, a voltmeter, and a keyed on/off switch, with the capability to operate on AC current while recharging. The electric stacker is equipped with a floor lock for stationary positioning and a mast safety screen to protect the operator. The powered lift and drive model features a high-torque drive motor for effortless forward/reverse movement, and ergonomic handle controls for variable speed operation with left or right hand, including an auto-reverse safety belly button switch. Its 180° hinged design facilitates precise steering in confined spaces, and a spring-loaded mechanism compensates for uneven floors, ensuring drive wheels maintain contact with the ground. Twin maintenance-free batteries provide power for both propulsion and lift. The stackers require appropriate counterweights (sold separately) to achieve the intended lift capacity, and the proper weight kit must be ordered for planned loads, with orders being canceled by the manufacturer if attempted without the necessary counterweights.
