The Lift-All® Permaloc wire rope sling is constructed to meet the rigorous demands of the construction industry, featuring high strength 6 x 19, EIP, IWRC class wire rope, which consists of six strands of 19 wires each, made from extra-improved plow steel surrounding an independent wire rope core, ensuring resistance to abrasion for extended longevity. The wire rope sling employs a mechanically swaged, Flemish splice technique for forming the eyes, providing greater reserve strength as the eye strength is not solely reliant on the sleeve. Each sling is equipped with a Tuff-Tag that displays rated capacities, facilitating easy-to-read capacity information for enhanced safety. The slings are compliant with OSHA and ASME B30.9 standards, and it is important to note that rated capacities should not be exceeded, with sling capacity decreasing as the angle from horizontal decreases; slings should not be utilized at angles less than 30°.
