Lift-All® Permaloc wire rope sling is constructed to meet the rigorous demands of the construction industry, featuring high strength 6 x 19, EIP, IWRC class wire rope, which comprises six strands of 19 wires each made of extra-improved plow steel surrounding an independent wire rope core, enhancing its resistance to abrasion for longer life. The sling is meticulously manufactured using a mechanically swaged, Flemish splice technique to form the eyes, ensuring that the eye strength is not solely reliant on the sleeve, thereby providing greater reserve strength. Each sling is supplied with a Tuff-Tag that clearly displays the rated capacities for easy reference, promoting safety during use. These slings comply with OSHA and ASME B30.9 standards, and it is crucial to note that the rated capacities should not be exceeded; sling capacity diminishes as the angle from horizontal decreases and slings should not be used at angles less than 30°.
